• These are the terms and conditions on which we do business for fancy dress items ordered through this website. This website is for use by UK resident consumers only. Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to placing your order and keep a copy for future reference.
• Jest4Fun reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any orders made, the terms and conditions which apply at that time will be those that you accepted and acknowledged when you placed your order. No modification of these terms and conditions will be applied unless settled in writing between us and you.
• A contract is formed between Jest4Fun and you when (and not before) we have sent you authorisation by email to the email address you have specified and we have obtained a successful transaction of your credit/debit card payment.
• We try our utmost to ensure that prices stated on our website are correct at the time you make your order. If an inaccuracy is found before shipment of the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of verifying your order at the right price or cancelling your order.
• Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information uploaded or shown on this website or advertising material are for general information and help. There might be slight differences between the merchandise as shown or described on our website and those sent to you without affecting their purpose, quality or price.   
• You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom.
• When using your right of cancellation, you are required to give written notice to us by email, or by letter to our trading address supplying details of the goods ordered, dates and your name & address.
• If you use your right of cancellation once the goods have been delivered to you, you will return the goods to us at your own cost, in brand new and if not re-saleable condition. You must take reasonable concern to guarantee the goods are not damaged when in your possession or in transit.
• As soon as you have informed us that you are cancelling the contract and have returned the merchandise to us we will then refund or re-credit you no later than 30 days commencing the date that any amount that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.
• If you are displeased with the quality of the goods or have any complaint about them, you can claim a refund, please contact us and we will inform you on the steps u you need to take.
• We take no responsibility in respect of any imperfection in the goods occurring from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, neglect, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our agreement.
• Jest4Fun will not be liable to you for any business losses such as loss of profits or significant damage occurred from failure to supply the goods in agreement with the contract.
