Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund of your full purchase price (inc P&P) if there is a reasonable complaint that the garment has a manufacturing fault, however we cannot accept returns on Wigs, Masks, Hosiery or Lingerie.

We are also unable to offer a refund if the good have been worn or if they have been damaged subsequent to purchase.

If purchases are of an incorrect size or are unsuitable, we will replace these items or offer a refund subject to handling charge.

All returns must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for examination before refunds or exchanges are authorised.

We would advise that you use a delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery that covers you for the value of goods for your own security as you are accountable for the return until we receive it.
